Women’s Retreat 2025
Join us for North Park Presbyterian Church’s annual women’s retreat!
This year, we are pleased to welcome Aimee Joseph as our speaker, and she'll be taking us through the theme “Secure in Christ.” Using Colossians as our guide, we will explore the insecurity of self and the security of our Savior.
Our sense of security will be as stable as the object of our hope. In a culture that promotes self as our center and source, Colossians points us to Christ as the only stable and sufficient source of lasting security. The centrality of Christ and the believer’s shocking union with him anchor our hearts amid unstable times and shaking circumstances. Join us as we unpack these rich theological realities and learn to live confidently in Christ.
The purpose of this retreat is to provide an intentional time of rest in the grace of God, reflection on His character and promises, and connection with other women of faith. Our hope is that we would come away from this retreat with a greater appreciation for who God is and what He has done for us through His son, Jesus Christ.
Please look around this page for additional information about the retreat. If you have any questions at all, please contact Stephanie Perez.
The retreat will be Thursday evening, May 8 - Saturday midday, May 10 in Lake Arrowhead, California. Registration cost is $150 and includes lodging, food, and a gift bag!
FAQ
+ What can I expect from this retreat?
The purpose of this retreat is to take time out of our often hectic, demanding schedules and to be intentional about beholding Christ. You can expect a slow, but structured pace where you are invited to take part in any and all events of the weekend that feel spiritually & physically restful and rejuvenating for you. Please review the detailed schedule for a full list of events!
+ Can I bring my kids?
Infants in arms are welcome to attend the retreat. We are also excited to welcome young women 16 years of age and older to participate in this year’s retreat. Beyond that, we ask that children stay home with dad or another loving adult.
+ Can I come just for part of the retreat?

Please plan to dress in whatever you feel most comfortable in. We also ask that each woman attending bring her favorite drink or snack to share (a form will be provided prior to the retreat for you to indicate what you are bringing to avoid waste). For an example packing list, please click here.
